Painting Poppies in Provence

This is the perfect time of year to catch the beautiful red fields of poppies gracing the countryside of Provence. Price $2,750 will include 10 nights lodging at the Hotel du Soleil, breakfast and lunch, 2 dinners, watercolor demos, mixed media & watercolor journaling techniques, critiques and local transportation. $500 deposit due with reservation

 

Welcome to my travel journal of watercolors and pen.  I love to document my vacations by painting colorful scenes of places visited.  These paintings are not for sale but often become the inspiration for larger paintings when I return to my studio.  I teach a Watercolor Journeys, Inspirations from Travel Class at the Art Station in Bend, Oregon and will be joining Art & Soul Retreat for 2010.  For more information on this class:  Watercolor Journeys, Inspirations from Travel
